About the Role

This is a dynamic position that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to build relationships with clients and insurers.

The successful candidate will have a high level of proficiency in using MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and will be able to manage and maintain accurate employee data for clients.

The ideal candidate should be familiar with insurance policy management systems, possess a continuous improvement mindset, and have a strong orientation towards process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain employee data for clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee Group Mediclaim, Group Term Life, EDLI, WC, and Group Accident Policies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies for data additions, deletions, corrections through endorsements, and CD reconciliations, maintaining effective communication channels.
  • Maintain an endorsement tracker and ensure timely updates in system, minimizing delays and errors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with insurers, clients' HR and Finance teams, and Third-Party Administrators, fostering collaboration and trust.
  • Assist clients' HR in data and CD statement reconciliation with insurer support, ensuring seamless processes.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports and data statements for clients and client executives, providing actionable insights.
  • Support client executives with data management for policy renewals, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Effectively manage data on internal enrollment portals, maintaining security and accessibility.
  • Provide assistance and resolve client queries through iTrack, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct periodic data reconciliation and submit the report to client, identifying areas for improvement.
