Marketing Communications Specialist

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for executing comprehensive marketing campaigns across various platforms. This role involves collaborating with influencers, internal teams, and brands to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and measurable outcomes of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Identify, shortlist, and coordinate with influencers to meet campaign objectives.
  • Manage communication with influencers regarding project briefs, deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
  • Ensure campaign deliverables are aligned with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Track live campaigns, monitor content performance, and address any issues proactively.
  • Maintain campaign reports, performance trackers, and final presentation decks for clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Ensure timely invoicing, documentation, and database management for influencer collaborations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing (including internships).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with influencers and clients.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content formats, and campaign tracking tools.
  • A problem-solving attitude and eagerness to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
