Digivana is a full-stack digital marketing agency, specializing in Performance Marketing, DSP campaigns (including DV360), User Acquisition, and Affiliate Marketing. We work across multiple verticals and geographies to drive high-quality performance for our clients.

Role Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven Campaign Manager to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on programmatic channel. The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and experienced in setting up, tracking, and scaling ROI-focused campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital campaigns on platforms like DV360, TTD.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign goals are aligned and met.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
  • Maintain detailed campaign reports and dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
  • Troubleshoot tracking, delivery, and creative issues to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements.
  • Maintain regular communication with publishers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platforms, and technologies.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, Affiliate or Programmatic).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with attribution models, pixels, UTM parameters, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Basic to intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis.
  • Experience working with DSP, affiliate networks, SSPs, or traffic platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first team environment.
