Service Engineer Role

As a Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting life sciences and healthcare industries worldwide. Your responsibilities will span across delivering top-notch field service support for laboratory equipment, responding to breakdown calls in a timely manner, and maintaining high customer satisfaction through effective expectation management.

You will also be responsible for preparing monthly reports on service performance and technical application management. Additionally, you will oversee repairs and maintenance activities to optimize operational efficiency.

  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns/issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Publish and maintain accurate and up-to-date service documentation for seamless knowledge sharing.
  • Perform thorough troubleshooting, commissioning, and certification of units to ensure smooth operation.
  • Collaborate with customers to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service experiences.
Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in laboratory equipment repair and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex issues effectively.
  • A valid driver's license and driving experience, as well as a willingness to travel extensively for customer visits.
