Job Description:

As a Sales & Operations Specialist - Inbound Tours, you will be responsible for managing and responding to B2B travel queries from international agents. You will design customised itineraries with accurate costing and creative experiences, handle end-to-end bookings with hotels, transport, guides, and other partners, oversee travel documentation, and provide real-time tour support.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

You should have:

  • 5–9 years of experience in inbound operations.
  • Strong knowledge of India & the Subcontinent.
  • Proven skills in itinerary planning, costing, and ground operations.
  • Excellent communication in English (written & spoken).
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to think on your feet.
