Senior Data Consultant Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Data Consultant to spearhead our data strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills in data architecture, engineering, and analytics to drive business growth.

  • Design and implement scalable data lake architectures on cloud platforms (Databricks, Snowflake)
  • Migrate legacy systems to modernize data infrastructure and enhance performance
  • Develop CI/CD and DataOps practices to streamline data management and improve efficiency

Candidates with strong experience in:

  • Databricks (PySpark, Delta Lake, MLflow) and Snowflake (data warehousing, performance tuning, data sharing)
  • Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP
  • CIs and DataOps practices

Familiarity with GenAI/LLM integration, streaming data (Kafka, Spark Streaming), data governance and cataloging tools (Unity Catalog, Purview), and BI tools and dashboarding is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:Data Architecture and Engineering

Design and implement scalable data lake architectures using Databricks, Snowflake, and other cloud platforms. Migrate legacy systems to modernize data infrastructure and enhance performance.

Data Management and Operations

Develop CI/CD and DataOps practices to streamline data management and improve efficiency. Implement processes for data quality, security, and compliance.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in Databricks (PySpark, Delta Lake, MLflow) and Snowflake (data warehousing, performance tuning, data sharing)
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP
  • Knowledge of CIs and DataOps practices
