Service Management Practitioner

This is a key role within the organization, responsible for ensuring the efficient and prompt handling of all incidents in order to minimize their impact on client end service quality. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess a strong ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating projects through contract management and shared service coordination
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors
  • Supporting the delivery of programs, projects or managed services

Required Skills:

  • Critical Incident Management
  • Incident Management
  • Service Integration and Management (SIAM)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ITIL V3 Foundation certification
  • Knowledge of connecting processes like problem, change, event management
