Job Opportunity for a Healthcare Economist Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Economist Consultant to join our organization in conducting comprehensive literature reviews, analyzing complex data, and running country-specific adaptations of cost-effectiveness analysis models and budget impact analysis models.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in working with pharmacoeconomic models, possess in-depth knowledge of health economics principles, and demonstrate strategic insights. They will be responsible for supporting the development of de novo Pharmacoeconomic models, running analyses, and preparing technical documents associated with the models.

The consultant will also present analyses conducted, either verbally or in graphical, tabular, or descriptive form. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough literature reviews and collecting model inputs
  • Running country-specific adaptations of CEA and BIA models, including quality checks
  • Supporting the creation of deliverables such as model analysis plans, technical reports, and user guides
  • Supporting the dissemination of findings through articles, posters, and presentations

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in a life science field, a solid understanding of statistical concepts, and advanced Excel skills. They must be proficient in MS Office, including advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and have familiarity with one software, either R or STATA. The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and customers is essential.
