We are seeking an experienced Medical Healthcare Professional to join our clinical team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and consultation, as well as hands-on experience with IV infusion therapy and regenerative protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Consultation & Counseling:
    • Conduct detailed consultations to review medical histories and ensure accurate EMR documentation.
    • Educate patients on treatment plans and therapies in clear, empathetic language.
    • Address patient queries and build trust before, during, and after treatments.
  • Clinical & Procedural Support:
    • Set up IV lines safely and efficiently, ensuring pain-free insertion for patients.
    • Oversight of IV infusions and regenerative therapy administration in compliance with established protocols.
    • Support physicians in minor procedures and surgical preparation when needed.
    • Monitor patient vitals and respond quickly in emergency situations.
  • Pre- & Post-Procedure Care:
    • Ensure patients are well-prepared for procedures with complete pre-treatment clearances and education.
    • Provide post-infusion guidance, including hydration and activity instructions.
    • Follow up on recovery progress and facilitate seamless patient handover for continuing care.
  • Team Collaboration & Training:
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
    • Participate in skill-upgrading sessions, mock drills, and ongoing training to maintain top-tier clinical performance.
Required Qualifications
  • BHMS, BAMS, or MBBS degree with valid registration under the relevant council.
  • 3–7 years of clinical experience with:
  • Proven expertise in IV cannulation, prioritizing speed, accuracy, and patient comfort.
  • Experience working in ICU/critical care environments and responding to emergency management protocols.
  • Hands-on experience assisting in surgical or procedural setups.
