Data Analysis Expert

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an individual who excels in data analysis and interpretation. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and reviewing underlying source data to complete valuations of privately-held companies.
Main Responsibilities- Gather and review source data to determine the value of private companies.
- Analyze financial information to complete portfolio valuations.
- Work with valuation teams to develop reports that adhere to AICPA standards.
- MBA or PGDBM from an accredited university.
- Strong understanding of business valuation methods.
- Experience with 409A/ASC 820 valuations.
- Mathematical skills and analytical background.
- Knowledge of quantitative models like Black-Scholes OPM.
- Basic understanding of Venture Capital and Private Equity space.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Teamwork and attention to detail.
- Intellectual curiosity and drive.
