Job Description:
Our team is seeking a skilled Data Processing Expert to join our ranks. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and processing data from market research surveys.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality output reports using software products such as Quantum and SPSS. You will also have the opportunity to work with various data formats, including ASCII, SPSS, and Excel, to present the data in accordance with global GfK quality standards.

Your primary responsibilities will include prioritizing, structuring, and delivering data processing, data validation, data table production, quality checking, and workflow communication of medium to high complexity projects individually. You will also be expected to execute day-to-day operations and tasks, prioritize and distribute projects and tasks within the team, propose optimizations and efficient solutions, and take decisions related to project delivery in case of any ambiguous situation.

You will also contribute to different internal and external initiatives related to operations process, training framework, reporting KPIs, etc. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual who can review and process all materials provided by the client, proactively discuss with the client all details related to input materials and their needs, propose and discuss potential solutions based on client needs, implement newly proposed solutions for the project, participate in project set up meetings and guide Project Management and CSG regarding the technical aspects of deliverables with best solution, develop reports and spreadsheets based on analysis of data from multiple sources, calculate advanced statistical metrics and modeling as required by CSG, analyze various types of data in order to deliver tables, perform and responsible for quality assurance, collaborate with other teams to solve any problems encountered during data delivery phase, deliver accordingly to project timelines, work closely with various teams for improvement, automation, and standardization of the Data management processes, focus on improving the quality management system, actively involved in testing the newly developed software and tools and takes the necessary steps for implementing them once they are approved, train and provide support to colleagues in data processing for using software tools, instruct and supervise junior colleagues, pro-actively seeks to gain and share knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of Quantum - Mandatory
• Good to have knowledge of other Data processing programming languages and software e.g. SPSS, Python, R Language
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office - VBA Macro preferred
• Market Research background is preferred
• English B2 written and spoken - Good written and verbal communication skills
• Team-player who can also work independently
• At least 4 years of similar experience
