Job Title: Data Analytics Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled data analytics expert to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of interactive dashboards, data models, and business intelligence solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and software development using Microsoft Power BI.

You will work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Connect, import, and transform data from various sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, etc.).
  • Develop complex DAX queries and calculations for business KPIs and metrics.
  • Optimize Power BI reports for performance, scalability, and usability.
  • Work with users to gather requirements, design data models, and provide analytical solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Engineers, Analysts, Business Teams) for end-to-end BI solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3 - 7 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M Language), and data modeling.
  • Expertise in integrating Power BI with SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, or other data sources.
  • Experience in Row-Level Security (RLS) and Power BI Service (workspaces, apps, publishing).
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and BI architecture.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and present clear insights.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
