The role of a Growth Associate is pivotal in identifying and evaluating potential students interested in studying abroad.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate inbound leads from various sources to assess their eligibility and potential for study abroad programs.
  • Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and messages to understand their academic backgrounds, financial readiness, and study abroad goals.
  • Identify high-intent leads and categorize them based on their potential to ensure that only qualified prospects are passed to the counseling or sales team.
  • Maintain accurate lead information, follow-up status, and key insights in CRM systems for better tracking and conversion.
  • Nurture unqualified or undecided leads by providing relevant information and resources to keep them engaged for future opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with counselors and business development teams to align lead qualification processes with overall enrollment strategies.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 0-1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred, especially if you come from a sales background.
  • Involvement in college communities, clubs, and extracurricular activities can be an added advantage.
  • Possess remarkable communication and persuasion skills.
  • Show enthusiasm and willingness to work in a fast-paced, evolving start-up environment.
