Brand Growth Strategist

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Brand Growth Strategist. This role offers the perfect opportunity to develop your skills in brand building, partnerships, and business growth strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities for brand placement, developing strategic partnerships, and executing initiatives that increase both visibility and direct sales impact for our brand.

This is an exciting chance to play a key role in shaping the way we reach consumers, whether through new marketplace entries, high-impact collaborations, or luxury industry partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Identify and onboard our brand on relevant marketplaces.
  • Quick Commerce Growth: Explore and initiate partnerships with emerging platforms beyond Zepto, BlinkIt, and Instamart.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Research and collaborate with complementary product brands to create bundled offerings.
  • Institutional & Luxury Partnerships: Build relationships with food service establishments, luxury outlets, hotels, airlines, and hospitality networks.
  • Revenue & Awareness: Execute initiatives that increase both visibility and direct sales impact for our brand.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in brand building, partnerships, and business growth strategies.
  • Excellent research, communication, and outreach skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for brand placement.
  • Self-driven and reliable – can work independently with accountability.
  • Previous experience or internships in business development, growth, or FMCG/D2C brands is a plus.
