Desertcart is the leading international cross border online shopping platform delivering products from around the world to customers around the word. With access to millions of global products, specializing in products which are not locally available. Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Brand Specialist to support our branding, marketing, and communications strategies.

The ideal candidate will help drive Desertcart's brand awareness, market presence, and customer engagement through innovative campaigns, partnerships, and consistent brand messaging. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning and execution of brand marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, email, influencer, etc.). Work with internal teams and external agencies to develop brand assets

Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights and optimization suggestions. Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.

Assist with influencer marketing, PR initiatives, and partnerships to expand brand reach. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience. Maintain and manage a marketing calendar, aligning brand activities with seasonal trends, global campaigns, and product launches.

Track budgets and expenses related to branding initiatives. QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in brand marketing or a similar role, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing. Strong understanding of brand positioning, digital marketing, and consumer behavior.

Excellent communication and project management skills. Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing tools, etc.). Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Preferred QualificationsExperience working with marketplaces or e-commerce platforms. Experience with influencer marketing and brand partnerships.
