About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to head our AI and Machine Learning initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who can drive innovation in Classical Machine Learning, Conversational AI, and Deep Learning Systems while providing technical leadership and strategic direction to a team of data scientists.

Responsibilities
  • Define AI/ML Strategy: Align with business objectives and develop a comprehensive AI strategy that drives growth and innovation.
  • Lead Research and Development: Design and develop cutting-edge machine learning and deep learning models, including LLMs, GANs, VAEs, Transformers, CNNs, and RNNs.
  • Establish Best Practices: Develop and implement best practices for data pipelines, feature engineering, model deployment, and AI governance.
  • Evaluate Emerging Technologies: Assess emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend their adoption where beneficial.
Requirements
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior data scientists.
  • Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
