  • We are seeking a skilled Meta Ads Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to own the strategy, execution, and scaling of ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram.

The successful candidate will work directly with clients, report on performance, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute high-impact Meta ad campaigns for multiple brands.
  • Scale campaigns profitably and manage monthly budgets effectively.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients based on campaign performance data.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams for campaign success.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance using A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and funnels.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Meta features, trends, and policies to ensure best-in-class campaign delivery.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through exceptional communication and performance delivery.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (agency experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of scaling brand campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of campaign structures, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and client communication skills.
