About the Role

We are seeking a driven and empathetic leader who can work across boundaries and get things done.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Business, Social Sciences, or another related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in direct fundraising and partnership roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing strategic plans for fundraising with clear objectives based on desired outcomes
  • Establishing national networks of supporters to strengthen existing relationships and add new champions and donors
  • Implementing a diverse portfolio approach to fund raising to ensure effort and target distribution across different sources
  • Executing multiple aspects of the plan engaging high net worth individuals, corporations, foundations and other pertinent entities
Requirements

Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and comfort with ambiguity. Highly organized with strong project management skills, interpersonal skills, and executive presence.

Highly developed cultural awareness and ability to work well in an international environment with people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and time-zones.
