Software Development Engineer Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled software development engineer to join our team. As a member of our agile development team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop digital business applications that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software applications using a range of programming languages and technologies
  • Work collaboratively with designers, product managers, and other engineers to identify requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative and incremental delivery of sprint outcomes
  • Contribute to technical grooming, brainstorming, and whiteboarding sessions to define solution approaches and articulate module/sub-system designs
  • Develop a breadth of concepts, tools, and technologies to address non-functional requirements such as security, performance, reliability, and maintainability

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience building large-scale, distributed applications
  • Expertise in multiple programming languages and proficiency in at least one language
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms, including AWS, GCP, and Azure
  • Awareness of data structures, algorithms, SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean code practices
  • Experience with web application frameworks, databases, and deployment strategies
