Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned Compliance Specialist to join our team, where you'll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust compliance strategies. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring our organization's operations align with regulatory requirements, fostering a culture of trust and accountability.

Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining comprehensive compliance frameworks, embedding security, privacy, and governance into every aspect of our business. This includes collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to design guardrails that enable innovation while mitigating risk.

As a key member of our compliance team, you'll have the opportunity to shape our compliance program, driving forward-thinking solutions that support our growth ambitions.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in Privacy, InfoSec, or Compliance, with a strong understanding of GDPR, DPDP, ISO 27001/27701, and SOC2 regulations.
  • Proven track record of certifications, audits, and regulator/client interactions.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with tech, product, and vendor teams.
  • Fluent communication skills, with the capacity to distill complex compliance concepts into actionable recommendations.
