Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Manager - Accounts & Audit to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering real-time accounting, accurate monthly closing of financial statements, and timely completion of audits. The individual will also ensure the existence and maintenance of appropriate internal controls for processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and maintain real-time accounting transactions to ensure accurate reporting of monthly financial statements.
- Detailed budgeting and variance analysis covering each P&L line item.
- Bring value to the business by delivering mid-month forecasts on operating income, flux analysis with control mechanisms on cost overheads, and timely MIS.
- Coordinate the submission and closure of Annual Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Cost Audit, Transfer Pricing, and Internal Audit.
- Prepare and perform periodic internal audits for compliance with SPI based.
- Follow a growth mindset and coordinate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of US GAAP Accounting is required.
- Proficient in the usage of any one ERP.
- 10+ years of managerial accounting and taxation experience with a company having a turnover of over INR 100 Cr.
- Data analytical and presentation skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- A team player.
- Sense of urgency and adherence to deadlines.
- Attention to details and accuracy.
