We have a job opening for a Business Development Manager in our Staffing team.
Job Responsibilities:- Cultivate new client relationships by developing and maintaining sales pipelines within assigned territories.
- Gain access to decision-makers and sign contracts with new clients for Full-time and/or Contingent workforce solutions and services.
- Maintain account and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Promote business relationships with clients through effective communication and relationship management.
- Collaborate with marketing activities to generate qualified target opportunities for new clients.
- Create strategic plans to accomplish performance targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing client relationships for Infrastructure consulting services.
- A highly motivated individual with high moral character, competitive drive, and strong desire for professional growth.
- High integrity, assertiveness, and sound decision-making skills.
- Professional attitude and work habits.
- Ability to multitask efficiently and work independently.
- Effective organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Experience in B2B sales via cold-calling and marketing campaigns in the contingent (temp) staffing industry.
