Job Title: ServiceNow Lead Developer/Admin

Location: Remote, India-based role.

 

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and seasoned ServiceNow administrator to lead our team in delivering exceptional service to customers. With 7+ years of experience across various modules, you will be instrumental in creating innovative solutions through expertise in Flow Designer, business rules, and scripting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, FSM, Workplace Delivery, and EC Pro modules.
  • Create catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, and SLAs.
  • Develop integrations with third-party systems, such as identity platforms and facilities systems.
  • Set up and track metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.
  • Lead instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and Facilities to streamline workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with audit requirements and train L1/L2 teams.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules and features.
  • Experience with Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, and ACLs.
  • Skills in creating integrations, approval workflows, and dynamic forms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
