  2. Team Leadership: Manage staff and assign tasks to engineering and technical personnel to drive project success.
  3. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and lead cross-functional teams to enhance process efficiency and reduce waste.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Technical Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of sector technology and processes.
  • Leadership & Management: Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in strategic planning and team management.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Java, Springboot, Microservices, System Design, DSA, code review, HLD, LLD.

  • Strong Communication: Ability to communicate complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Willingness to collaborate with others to achieve common goals.
