Design Infrastructure Lead

This role requires a high level of expertise in designing water and wastewater infrastructure. You will be working closely with our team to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required standards.



Job Description:

The Design Infrastructure Lead will oversee the design management process for mid-scale and complex projects. This includes managing resources, timelines, and budgets from concept through to completion.



You will also be responsible for ensuring projects comply with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. Additionally, you will lead client and project meetings, reporting on progress, financials, and addressing technical challenges.



Furthermore, you will drive 'Safety by Design' practices and ensure compliance with UK CDM (Construction Design & Management) Regulations.



Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong understanding of water and wastewater infrastructure design concepts, treatment processes, and related hydraulics.
  • Experience working on planning and design of water and wastewater treatment plants projects is a plus.
  • Clear understanding of water and wastewater infrastructure design concepts, treatment process and related hydraulics.
  • Strong experience reviewing design drawings developed by CAD/BIM Technicians on software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit and Plant 3D.
