Job Title: Organic Farming Expert

The project pilots sustainable land management and value chains, promoting organic farming, addressing certification, building farmer capacity, and linking produce to global markets.

  • Design and deliver training programs on organic farming, certification processes, and project guidelines.
  • Develop high-quality training manuals, modules, presentations, videos, skits, and resource materials.
  • Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and exposure visits to strengthen practical learning.
  • Maintain and update a training content calendar for structured execution.
  • Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of training-related documents for internal use and external audits.

This role requires a postgraduate degree in Agriculture/Agri-Business Management/Biological Sciences or related fields.

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in training & capacity building is required.

Experience in similar assignments in the Northeast region of India is an added advantage.
