The role of a Training and Capacity Building Specialist is to design, develop, and deliver training programs for farmers and field staff on organic farming, certification processes, internal control systems, and project guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:\

- Conduct training needs assessments and design customized capacity-building interventions for farmers and field staff.\
- Develop and deliver training programs on organic farming, certification processes, ICS protocols, and project guidelines.\
- Create high-quality training manuals, modules, presentations, videos, skits, and resource materials.\
- Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and exposure visits to strengthen practical learning.\
- Monitor, document, and report training activities, ensuring timely submission to stakeholders.\
- Maintain and update a training content calendar for structured execution.\
- Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of training-related documents for internal use and external audits.\
- Collaborate with project teams, government departments, and external agencies for seamless coordination of training activities.\
- Contribute to the overall project objectives by aligning training with farmer mobilization, certification, and market linkage goals.\
