Senior Digital Project Manager Job Summary

This role is a high-level position that oversees the development and deployment of emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and strong communication skills.

  • Coordinate with developers and client contacts to oversee email development and deployment.
  • Perform quality assurance testing to ensure email content renders well across email clients, matches client submission, and is error-free.
  • Schedule emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and guide clients on account protocols.
  • Analyze metrics reports from Salesforce Marketing Cloud and share reports with clients.
  • Assist with additional email marketing projects and identify potential roadblocks or delays.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Senior Digital Project Manager or similar skill set.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred.
  • Experience working in a client-facing environment at an agency.
  • Ability to work independently in a geographically distributed team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
