We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical product owner to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a deep understanding of marketing technology products.

Main Responsibilities
  • Define Product Vision: Communicate product vision to stakeholders and the development team.
  • Work with Development Team: Create and prioritize product backlog items in collaboration with the development team.
  • Ensure Clear Requirements: Ensure that all product requirements are clearly defined and documented.
  • Collaborate with UX Designers: Create user stories and wireframes with UX designers.
  • Conduct Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis and research to identify customer needs and market trends.
  • Manage Product Roadmap: Manage the product roadmap and release schedule for marketing technology products.
  • Monitor Product Performance: Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product quality.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience as a product owner or similar role in a technology company.
  • Strong technical background with experience in software development processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in agile development methodology and tools such as JIRA.
  • Experience in marketing technology products is a must.
Requirements
  • Must have experience in digital technologies of B2C / B2B websites, CMS, cloud DB, CRM, integration & other API services, Web analytics, SEO, mobile apps development.
  • Experience in CMS tools viz stackbit, Contentful, Figma, Adobe Experience Manager are an advantage.
  • Understanding/Expertise of ETL tools, Data Lake and dashboard visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI.
  • Maintains superior technical expertise in the above areas and can visualize opportunities for growth.
  • Anticipates and avoids technical problems whiles also quickly identifying root causes and implementing solution.
  • Recognized as a technology expert within the organization and actively seeks best trends.
  • Implements and supports strategic architecture initiatives.
  • Effectively uses MS Teams, Project, Jira, Visio, Power Point, Confluence, Mural for communication and managing resources.

  • A sense of urgency and an eye for detail ensuring top quality outcomes.
  • Enthusiastic with Strong relationship management skills and objective oriented focus.
  • Extremely comfortable with rapid change and diverse opinions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
