Senior Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service associates and driving business results through process improvements and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams. You will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements, analyzing data to drive business decisions, and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

  • Lead a team of 15-20 customer service associates and motivate them to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Responsible for project execution, monitoring KPIs, and target compliance.
  • Well-versed with G-suite, particularly Google Sheets and Google Slides.
  • Oversee effective resource allocation to meet productivity and quality metrics.
  • Document issues as needed and ensure adherence to policy and procedures.
  • Manage process, resources, and system applications.
  • Follow standard practices and business procedures.

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in US BFS Email.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of G-suite.
  • A graduate degree preferred.
