About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Recruiter - Technology, Risk, Digital & Analytics Hiring to join our team. As a key member of our Global Talent Acquisition team, you'll be responsible for executing the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring outstanding Candidate and Hiring Leader experience. You'll source, screen, assess, interview, and lead the offer process to acquire the best quality candidates effectively and efficiently.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, talent sourcing, prescreening, assessment, interview, offer management, and onboarding process for assigned hiring requisitions.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, hiring managers, and HR contacts.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and recruitment best practices to provide innovative solutions for our business needs.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment Operations team to ensure process compliance, risk management, and deliver a seamless approach to recruitment service delivery.
  • Provide recruitment support for senior-level roles and ensure ATS information is up-to-date and aligned with regional regulations.
