Job Title: Regional Placement Manager

This is an excellent opportunity to join our organization as a Regional Placement Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with employers, industry professionals, and alumni to create employment opportunities for students.

You will identify and target top IT companies with strong brand recognition and reputation, develop strategies to engage with them, and promote the benefits of recruiting students from our institution.

Your key responsibilities will include coordinating meetings and presentations with company representatives, showcasing the talent pool of students, and collaborating with faculty and alumni to leverage connections and referrals.

You will also organize employer visits, guest lectures, and industry-specific events to foster networking opportunities for students, coordinate job fairs, on-campus recruitment drives, and internship programs, and stay updated on industry trends, job market demands, and emerging career paths.

In addition, you will collect feedback from employers and students to continuously improve placement processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employers, industry professionals, and alumni.
  • Identify and target top IT companies with strong brand recognition and reputation.
  • Develop strategies to engage with top IT companies and promote the benefits of recruiting students from our institution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • PREFERRED TO HAVE PG IN ANY FIELD.
  • Ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in educational background.
  • Candidates with qualifications from reputed Universities will have an added advantage.
