Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Career Strategist to lead our career prep team and provide expert guidance on career readiness.

  • The ideal candidate will develop a strategy of products and content to guide students on their resumes, cover letters, and soft skills, preparing them for interviews and maximizing selection chances.
  • They will enhance existing students' profiles, soft skills, and interview skills through regular career planning sessions and interviews with vendors/in-house resources.
  • Furthermore, they will source opportunities for students suitable to their profile and related to their specialization.
  • Lastly, the successful candidate will analyze placement outcomes and student performance to improve training methods and support services.
Requirements

Strong planning and strategic thinking skills are essential for this role. Additionally, we require an energetic, empathetic, and results-driven individual with excellent communication, presentation, networking, and persuasion skills.

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in building corporate tie-ups for placements in Ed-tech or career-tech companies is mandatory.
