AP Job Opportunities

The company is seeking skilled candidates to fill multiple AP positions. Successful applicants will be responsible for managing accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice processing and payment management
  • Vendor query resolution and employee expense processing
  • Statement reconciliation and vendor clearing
  • Monthly reporting and good written and verbal communication skills

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of education with 2+ years of prior work experience in AP processes
  • Perform day-to-day accounts payable activities with required speed and accuracy
  • Follow documented procedures, understanding of client processes, active team player with good communication and documentation skills

Experience and Qualification:

  • Strong analytical & interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of relevant F&A processes
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Problem-solving skills

Skills and Qualifications:

  • PTP: Invoice Processing Po and Non-PO, Payment processing and Banking, Vendor query Resolution, Employee expense Processing, Statement Reconciliation, Vendor Clearing, Other monthly reporting
  • OTC: Cash Application and allocation, Understanding on Credit Management, Credit Insurance and follow-up, Forecasting of cash flows, Order approvals, Other Monthly Reporting
  • RTR: Journal entry processing, Balance sheet reconciliation, Month end tasks end reporting, Fixed asset accounting, Inventory accounting (limited requirement), Standard costing (limited requirement)
