We are seeking a highly skilled Software Tester to join our dynamic team. The role involves collaborating with development and QA teams to optimize the testing process.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Create detailed test plans based on project requirements and specifications.">
  • Execute manual test cases to ensure that software meets high-quality standards.">
  • Identify, document, and track defects (bugs) found during testing.">
  • Work closely with developers to understand functionality and potential risk areas.">
  • Stay updated with new testing methodologies and tools.">
  • Document and prioritize bugs and issues found during testing.">
  • Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.">
  • Perform regression testing to ensure previously identified defects have been fixed.">
  • Participate in team meetings and discussions to contribute to improvement of testing processes and methodologies.">
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding testing progress, issues, and resolutions.">
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing and quality assurance.">
  • Create and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.">
  • Execute manual tests and identify defects.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout software development lifecycle.">
  • Report and track defects using bug tracking tools.">
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.">
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance quality of software.">
  • Provide accurate and timely status updates to project stakeholders.">

Requirements :

  • Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases.">
  • Adept at adopting continuous testing practices ensuring testing is done continuously during development lifecycle.">
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to document and report issues clearly.">
  • Ability to write comprehensive test plans outlining scope, objectives, strategy, and resources for testing.">
