Job Overview:
- This position involves filling out insurance application forms, claim forms, and other related documents accurately.
- You will be visiting multiple hospitals daily to assist patients with filling up insurance forms for a pharmaceutical company and maintaining data records.
- The role requires verifying and cross-checking client information for correctness and completeness.
- You will collect and organize supporting documents from clients.
- Maintaining records of submitted forms and tracking their status is a critical part of this job.
- Coordinating with clients, agents, or the insurance company to resolve discrepancies or missing information is essential.
- You must ensure all forms comply with insurance company requirements and regulatory guidelines.
- Assisting with data entry and updating client information in the company database/CRM is also a key responsibility.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive client information is crucial.
- You will need to meet productivity and accuracy targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A graduate with prior experience in insurance, data entry, or form processing is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy is required.
- Effective communication skills (verbal & written) in English are necessary.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and MS Office is expected.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity is essential.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are required.
