Job Title: Master Data Management Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Master Data Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data management team, you will be responsible for analyzing and cleansing master data attributes from various sources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and cleanse master data attributes from existing repositories and systems of record.
  • Work with business and system SMEs to create data cleansing rules for critical master data elements.
  • Develop and implement SQL and Python scripts to cleanse and standardize critical master data elements.
  • Integrate cleansing scripts with third-party address verification services for address standardization.
  • Run and test cleansing scripts in an iterative fashion to provide cleansed master data files for migration teams.
  • Create integration testing scripts and test cases.
  • Test cases and bug-fix scripts as needed.
  • Collaborate with migration teams to hand over cleansed files and provide support during migration processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in master data management and data quality engineering.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud for master data management.
  • Advanced skills in SQL and batch scripting.
  • Experience with working on critical data elements for customer master, supplier master, product master, location master, and other domains.
  • Ability to create reusable and parameterized scripts for cross-business unit and domain use.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for attribute-level analysis and debugging.
  • Working knowledge of MS Dynamics is an added advantage.
