Job Overview

As a skilled professional, you will play a crucial role in building reliable, self-improving systems that empower subject matter experts to automate their most complex, high-value work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop products that are fully enabled by the capabilities of Large Language Models and other recent developments in foundation models.
  • Build and optimize data indexing, ranking, and query processing systems for high-performance Search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
  • Create robust frameworks to evaluate the performance of our agents, RAG systems, and various LLMs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in Software Engineering or end-to-end Data Science, with strong proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • Strong background in either AI agents, data systems, or machine learning engineering.
  • Experience with modern Python microservices, such as FastAPI, Ray.IO, and Kubernetes orchestration.
  • Familiarity with vector databases, such as Qdrant, and real-time data processing.
  • Demonstrated experience in building agents, training and evaluating emerging LLMs, building RAG systems, or working with vector databases.
