AI Engineering Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled and entrepreneurial Full Stack AI/ML Engineer to join our team as a Co-Founder. This is an exceptional opportunity to build cutting-edge AI/ML-powered products that redefine the industry.

This leadership role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI Agents, Agentic RAG frameworks, LangChain, and LangGraph-based systems on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

The ideal candidate will have 3–8 years of strong coding and full-stack product development experience, with a proven track record of building and shipping production-grade products.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end development of production-grade AI/ML products and modules.
  • Building and scaling AI Agents, Agentic RAG frameworks, LangChain, and LangGraph-based systems.
  • Architecting and deploying applications in the GCP ecosystem.
  • Delivering MVPs with scalable architecture, followed by rapid feature iterations.
  • Managing and mentoring a growing team of developers and interns.
  • Collaborating closely with founders, investors, and board members to align tech strategy with business goals.
  • Actively contributing to fundraising discussions, investor demos, and GTM strategy.

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on coding skills in Python, Node.js, or related stacks.
  • Expertise in AI/ML pipelines and productisation.
  • Agentic AI systems, RAG architectures.
  • LangChain, LangGraph, Vector DBs.
  • GCP services (Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Vertex AI, etc.).
  • Prior experience in an early-stage startup or entrepreneurial initiative (preferred).
  • Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: resilience, adaptability, and passion for building from scratch.
