Job Title: Plant Head HR

The Plant Head HR is a strategic role that oversees all Human Resources functions within the plant. This includes managing labor relations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and overseeing administration of plant facilities.

  • Labor Laws Expertise: Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations governing employment practices.
  • Communication Skills: Proficient in English communication and legal drafting skills to craft effective circulars, notices, show cause letters, warnings, and other documents.
  • Statutory Compliance: Responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and contract labor management.
  • Facilities Management: Oversees administration of security, canteen, office, and company property.
  • Government Liaison: Liaises with government and statutory authorities such as DISH, ALC, PF, ESIC, MIDC, MPCB, Police Department, Mathadi Board, Security Guard Board, and local village/political bodies.
  • Document Management: Well-versed in ISO, OHSAS, TPM, and E&T documentation; experienced in facing audits.
  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Recruitment, training, and development across levels.
  • Performance Management: Designs and implements performance management systems as per business requirements.
  • Industrial Relations: Handled strikes, workmen settlements, Mathadi agreements, and negotiations with unions and contract labor.
  • Disciplinary Processes: Managed disciplinary processes including domestic enquiries and legal compliance.
  • Workmen Policies: Designed and implemented various workmen policies.
  • POSH Grievance Handling: POSH grievance handling and internal committee coordination.
  • Strategic Planning: Developed long-term strategies for maintaining harmonious industrial relations.
