Unlock Your Potential as a Travel Expert

We are seeking an experienced Travel Counselor to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will provide exceptional customer service and support while ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills, build your career, and make a real impact in the travel industry.

  • Your main responsibilities will include:
  1. GDS expertise: You will be required to work with Global Distribution Systems (GDS), action Passenger Name Records (PNRs), issue refunds, air tickets, drive hotel & car invoices etc.
  2. Sound knowledge of GDS – Sabre: You should be able to read/articulate fare rules and ticket the booking.
  3. Fare rules interpretation: You will be required to read and interpret fare rules in GDS, fare sheets and apply the same while issuing tickets.
  4. Action PNRs: You will be responsible for ensuring Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence.
  5. Travel business understanding: You should have an excellent understanding of travel business to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  6. Result-oriented approach: You should be result-oriented and able to resolve queries from the market.
  7. Multitasking abilities: You should be a self-starter & quick learner with ability to multi-task.
  8. Compliance: You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with SLA and other internal guidelines, policies related to the business area.
