The RoleFinancial Systems Specialist

To succeed in this role, you must be passionate about the finance domain, with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new challenges. You will be responsible for designing and implementing Workday configurations, coaching new employees, and working closely with clients to understand their needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying business problems, developing recommendations, and influencing stakeholders to adopt effective solutions
  • Collaborating with diverse teams, tailoring your communication style to meet the needs of each client
  • Obtaining product certification to guide clients through best practices
  • Using your expertise to develop solution designs that drive customer success
  • Working collaboratively with teams from different geographies, seeking support when needed
  • Delivering defined project scopes, identifying risks, and planning workload
  • Communicating regularly with project managers about configuration changes, schedules, and status
  • Reviewing and assisting peers with their deliverables
  • Executing unit test cases to verify changes, debugging and resolving issues
  • Documenting changes precisely for client benefit
  • Adhering to project and support processes as defined by project managers
  • Enabling clients to grow their knowledge and skills to manage their own solutions
