The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, guiding them to achieve key performance indicators and driving business expansion through effective account management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of customer operations and identify opportunities for growth
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their businesses and challenges
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement tailored solutions for customer needs
- Cultivate a network of champions within each account, empowering them to drive business outcomes
- Represent the company as a trusted advisor, collaborating with customers to create effective strategies and user journeys
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business growth
- Provide data-driven insights to customers, helping them make informed decisions
- Ensure customers derive maximum value from engagement by leveraging platform functionality
- Address customer concerns with confidence and professionalism
- Generate case studies and testimonials from satisfied customers
Requirements:
- MBA in Business Administration or Marketing is beneficial
- 9-12 years of experience in CRM or Customer Success is preferred
- Strong attention to detail, work ethic, organization, and communication skills are essential
- Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Able to identify and implement process improvements
- Strong problem-solving skills – diagnosis, root-cause assessment, option evaluation, and resolution
- Able to communicate clearly and strategically with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Able to respond quickly to critical issues and roadblocks
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
