Guitar Teacher

About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled guitar teacher to join our online education platform. As a guitar teacher, you will be responsible for teaching children aged 4-14 through live online sessions.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach guitar lessons to students in a fun and engaging manner
  • Evaluate student performance and provide feedback for improvement
  • Conduct demo sessions with students and encourage conversions
  • Provide a creative and supportive learning environment
Requirements:

To be successful as a guitar teacher, you will need:

  • A formal education in music (guitar)
  • Strong knowledge of music theory and sheet music
  • Experience in teaching guitar (at least 1 year)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A properly functioning laptop/desktop and reliable internet connection

Salary Structure:

The salary structure is based on the number of sessions completed per month:

  • 1-25 sessions: Rs. 200/- per session + Rs. 100 /- per demo
  • 26-60 sessions: Rs. 250/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo
  • 61-80 sessions: Rs. 300/- per session + Rs.150/- per demo
  • 81+ sessions: Rs. 350/- per session + Rs. 175/- per demo
Minimum Pay Guarantee:

You will receive a minimum guaranteed payment each month, based on your completion rate:

  • Month 1: Rs. 6000/-
  • Month 2: Rs. 12000/-
  • Month 3 and onwards: Rs. 18000/-
