Learning Consultant Role

Our organization seeks a skilled and experienced learning consultant to join our online education division. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing high-quality educational content for our online courses and programs.

The successful candidate will have expertise in curriculum development, teaching, assessment, and ensuring the overall quality of program delivery. Additionally, they will manage a pool of adjunct faculty and teaching assistants to maintain consistency and excellence in course execution.

  • Develop industry-aligned curricula under senior faculty guidance.
  • Teach engaging courses in certificate programs.
  • Grade assignments and provide timely feedback to students.
  • Coordinate guest faculty and contribute to program quality improvement.

Key Qualifications:

  • Technical expertise in AI, business analytics, full stack AI, MLOps, cyber security, cloud computing, DevOps, software application development.
  • Experience delivering complex technology projects.
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree with 5+ years industry experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
