Job Title: Chess Educator

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Chess Educator to join our team. As a Chess Educator, you will be responsible for teaching children the game of chess and helping them discover their potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching children from 6 to 16 years old online.
  • Conducting creative activities and developing interactive classrooms.
  • Ensuring students enjoy the course.
  • Engaging, encouraging, and motivating students to reach their goals.
  • Evaluating student performance and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Conducting demo sessions with students and ensuring conversions.
  • Providing a fun and creative environment.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

  • Strong subject knowledge.
  • Experience in teaching chess.
  • Relevant working experience.

Requirements:

  • Good English communication skills.
  • Must have experience in teaching children (mandatory).
  • Laptop and good internet connection required.

Salary Structure:

For standard hours (4-8 hours):

1-25 sessions: Rs. 200/- per session + Rs. 100/- per demo.

25-60 sessions: Rs. 250/- per session + Rs. 125/- per demo.

61-80 sessions: Rs. 300/- per session + Rs. 150/- per demo.

81 and above sessions: Rs. 350/- per session + Rs. 175/- per demo.

For extended hours (9 PM - 1 AM):

1-25 sessions: Rs. 165/- per session + Rs. 80/- per demo.

25-60 sessions: Rs. 200/- per session + Rs. 100/- per demo.

61-80 sessions: Rs. 250/- per session + Rs. 125/- per demo.

81 and above sessions: Rs. 300/- per session + Rs. 150/- per demo.

For normal hours (11 AM - 4 PM):

1-25 sessions: Rs. 125/- per session + Rs. 75/- per demo.

25-60 sessions: Rs. 150/- per session + Rs. 100/- per demo.

61-80 sessions: Rs. 200/- per session + Rs. 125/- per demo.

81 and above sessions: Rs. 250/- per session + Rs. 150/- per demo.

Minimum pay guarantee:

4 hours: Month 1: 4000 INR, Month 2: 8000 INR, Month 3 onwards: 12000 INR.

6 hours: Month 1: 5500 INR, Month 2: 10500 INR, Month 3 onwards: 16000 INR.

3 AM - 8 AM: Month 1: 6000 INR, Month 2: 12000 INR, Month 3 onwards: 18000 INR.
