Job Overview

This is a leadership role that involves people management, team growth and development, scheduling, team utilization and performance monitoring.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Lead and supervise Localization Coordinators to ensure they align with the team's vision.\
  • Set clear objectives and communicate expectations, goals and feedback to the group regularly.\
  • Identify and address conflicts early, facilitating discussions and finding satisfactory solutions for all parties involved.\
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and plan future activities.\
  • Conduct timely 1:1s with all coordinators.\
  • Be responsible for driving HR processes and policies within the team and backing managers as needed.\
  • Ensure the team meets project deadlines and goals, and participates in required training sessions.\
  • Generate reports on the team's performance, track KPIs and SLAs, and work with Assistant Managers to correct issues or negative trends.\
  • Facilitate effective handovers across shifts.\
  • Monitor email inboxes to ensure timely responses from the team.\
  • Address user payments in a timely manner and prevent pending actions.\
  • Work closely with the Manager to absorb tasks when the Assistant Manager is on leave.\
  • Drive continuous improvement in coordination and communication within the team.\
  • Mentor Subject Matter Experts to bring them up to the next level.\
  • Collaborate with the Translator Support team to report linguist pool health and plan for capacity in rare languages.\
  • Manage the team's productivity, volume management, leave planning, business continuity and succession planning.\
  • Communicate project status and any issues with capacity or resources that may impact Client deadlines.\
  • Act as a liaison between the team and Assistant Managers/Managers.\
  • Ensure process changes shared with the team are clear, PNs are read and adhered to.\
  • Participate in all required training sessions.\
  • Generate reports on the team's performance, track KPIs and SLAs, and work with Assistant Managers to correct issues or negative trends.\
  • Report linguist pool health and plan for capacity in rare languages.\
  • Manage the team's productivity, volume management, leave planning, business continuity and succession planning.\
  • Communicate project status and any issues with capacity or resources that may impact Client deadlines.\
  • Collaborate with the Translator Support team.\
