Job Title: Learning and Growth Facilitator

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the onboarding process of new employees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all new hires have a smooth transition into their roles.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

The Learning and Growth Facilitator will play a critical role in shaping the success of our frontline staff. They will work closely with management and other teams to ensure that new hires receive the necessary resources and support to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Process: Manage the entire onboarding process, from initial interviews to training and orientation.
  • Training Assignment: Assign selected candidates to appropriate trainers for skill development.
  • Coordination: Work closely with trainers, management, and other teams to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
  • First Slot Readiness: Monitor and support new employees until they successfully complete their first assigned task.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in coordination, training, HR, or operations (experience in onboarding or people management preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English (required).
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
