Job Title: Sales Manager Real Estate

About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned sales manager to lead high-rise residential projects from launch to possession.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of professionals, driving sales growth through strategic partnerships, negotiations, and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities
  1. End-to-end sales cycle management for assigned projects
  2. Leading and motivating project sales teams to achieve targets
  3. Daily lead tracking, sales follow-up, and multi-channel reporting
  4. Building and expanding channel partner networks
  5. Conducting client presentations, site visits, and negotiations to close deals
  6. Cordinating with marketing and CRM teams for seamless operations
  7. Providing regular performance reports and actionable insights
Requirements
  • Proven experience in real estate sales with a strong track record in high-rise residential projects
  • MBA degree, preferably in Sales or Marketing
  • Professional fluency in Hindi and English (written & verbal)
