Project Manager Role Overview

The Project Manager will oversee the planning and coordination of major commercial projects. This role involves strategic planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Coordination: The Project Manager will plan and coordinate project activities, including data gathering, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Scheduling and Documentation: Create construction schedules in MS Projects, prepare planning documents such as Progress S Curve and Earn Value Curve, and manage project cash flow.
  • Resource Management: Develop resource plans in Excel and MSP, track progress, and analyze manpower efficiency and equipment utilization.
  • Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Identify critical project paths, monitor progress, and generate schedule impact reports for the project management team.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth construction activities, material, and equipment availability.

Requirements:

This role requires at least 10 years of experience in the construction industry. A strong background in project management, leadership skills, and the ability to work under pressure are essential for this position.
